HudSun Wellness Center, located in the heart of Grand Forks, has grown over the past eight years into more than just a gym—it’s a full-blown community dedicated to fitness, self-care, and whole-body wellness.
Founded by Jessie Shirek, HudSun was built on the belief that wellness should be accessible, welcoming, and transformative.
The center offers a unique blend of fitness, recovery, and beauty services under one roof, including group fitness classes, a full-service gym, infrared sauna workouts, cold plunges, tanning, red light services, compression therapy, aesthetic services, and professional hair and scalp health.
In January 2025, HudSun expanded into a new location, enhancing its offerings and creating a modern, welcoming space. Voted a community favorite multiple years in a row, HudSun continues to lead with innovation, local partnerships, and a commitment to balance, confidence, and connection—helping every member feel their strongest, healthiest, and most supported.
