Owner Nancy Marchell has transitioned from a traditional retail jewelry store to working as a personal jeweler, serving clients by appointment since 2020. This allows for a more personalized experience, focusing on unique customer service.
While the store still has walk-in hours Monday through Saturday in December for Christmas shoppers, the rest of the year is primarily by appointment. However, there are also limited walk-in hours on most Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
