What began as a dream to create more than a coffee stop—an inviting space where conversations and community thrive—quickly grew from one shop in Grand Forks into multiple locations across North Dakota and Minnesota.
With its bulldog mascot, Elvis, and a steadfast commitment to quality, Bully Brew became a hub for connection. Sandi extended her vision through the ND Coffee Roastery, which now roasts thousands of pounds of beans annually for retail, wholesale, schools, and fundraising programs across the Midwest.
For Sandi, coffee is about people—whether it’s students, friends, or local businesses gathering over lattes. Equally important are her staff, whose creativity and dedication fuel the brand’s success. By mentoring and empowering her team, Sandi has built a culture of growth, passion, and pride.
